Both are real Cretans and if you have any problem (missed the ferry, lost your ID or whatever may happen to a tourist travelling Crete) they will solve it for you. As Manolis is known as the best fisherman in Agia Roumeli he usually is the one who cares about fresh fish, lamb chops and everything you will find on the menu.
